However, they do not affect your statutory rights.

All copyright and design rights remain with the property of Pearl Creations; any replication of designs will be a breach of copyright and action will be taken accordingly.

Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount is required on placing an order. A full payment is required if the order is under £100 or to be delivered less then 6 weeks.

The remaining balance should be paid 4 weeks prior to delivery date. The invoice will be emailed to you and the goods will only be delivered once the final balance has been received.

We accept payments by cheques or bankers draft, cheques can be made payable to ‘Pearl Creations’.

Delivery

The order is posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery. We will email you day before your delivery is posted to ensure that you are available to receive the package. Orders will require a signature on delivery. Pearl Creations cannot accept any responsibility for goods damaged, lost or delayed in transit. Collections can be arranged.

Proofs

Proof-reading is the responsibility of the client. Pearl Creations cannot be held responsible for any errors that go unnoticed after the proofs have been approved. Any requests for changes after printing has started are liable to be charged.

Cancellation

Cancellation of any order will be subject to any costs incurred. Returns will not be accepted after delivery.

Pricing

All pricing detailed on the site are correct at the time of publishing. Pearl Creations reserve the right to increase prices at any time; any price increase will not affect current orders.

Variations

All wedding cards are handmade, so there may be very slight variations from the original. We will provide excellent quality designs for our customers. 

Stock Availability

Stock availability may vary throughout the year; we will keep you informed if this affects your order or sample.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will always treat your personal details as confidential and never release it to a third party under any circumstances.  The information we will collect about you is: Your name, address, phone number and email address. This information will only be used for processing your order and to contact you.

Health and Safety

Please be aware that due to small objects on our cards they are not suitable for small children.
